She is deeply passionate about holding a welcoming space for students to connect with their bodies, stay inspired and empowered, explore their unique edge, and embrace the present moment. She loves leading diverse practices that combine mindfulness, movement, balance, strength training, mobility, and encourages positive self-talk. Each session aims to serve the student where they are and empower them to feel their best.

Mind

Alter and upgrade deep-rooted beliefs, mental programmings, stories, and patterns you've kept stored in the mind and body. Yoga philosophy teaches us that our beliefs become the software system which run our lives and form our unique perceptions of reality. Through uprooting the core beliefs we carry that keep us stuck in vicious cycles of suffering, scarcity, and separation we have an opportunity to change them and create new possibilities for ourselves and lives.

Body

Daily physical practices intended to promote flexibility, strength, mental focus, balance, detoxification, mobility, comfortable living, and optimum health. The term "asana" is deeply rooted in the practice of yoga and refers to the physical postures we bring the body to. Each asana has specific physical and energetic benefits which can support one in reaching higher states of consciousness and vitality.

Spirit

Yoga is far more than poses and deep breathing; it is a way of living which supports having greater awareness, purpose, and harmony within our life. The true intention of yoga is to cultivate a way of being that empowers us, transforming how we live, love, and engage with the world. It encourages us to look inward, to recognize what is and isn't serving us, and to find balance and harmony each new moment. By integrating the body, mind, and spirit, the yogic path offers a way to transcend unnecessary suffering, and co-create a life rooted in intention, compassion, and deep reverence for all.
